Alpha - an opportunity to explore the meaning of life
Why am I here? What is the meaning of life? Is there God?
Alpha is an 11-week course that creates a space where people can come and bring their friends for a conversation about the big questions of life, faith and God. You can join whether you are a Christian or not. Alpha offers a space for discussions, questions and wondering.
In fall 2026 will be held an Alpha course for students and young adults, starting 21st of September (and ending 7th of December). Alpha is held every Monday 6 PM in Koivistontalo (Marjoniementie 7, the white house near the road, upstairs) + an Alpha Day at Niiniranta on 7th of November.
Every session starts with a dinner and continues with the theme of the evening. Topics vary. You can check a trailer below. The course is held in English. Enrolment is not needed. Free of charge. More info: Salla Riitahuhta, salla.riitahuhta@steiger.org.
